This offering comes to us from Colombia’s world-renowned Cauca region from a regional micro-mill named Manos Juntas. This mill was established to create a linear path for coffee producers, exporters, importers and coffee roasters for better transparency throughout the whole supply chain.
The Pink Bourbon variety is highly regarded as one of the most flavor-packed, intensely sweet, fruit-forward varieties in production.
This coffee’s profile differs from many of the coffees we’ve offered before- expect a very fruit-forward cup (dried black cherry, plum and date) with a subtle combination of vanilla and rich, creamy fudge.
