Session Cold Brew
Cold-brewed coffee has found huge popularity within the last decade due to its lower acidity, enhanced smoothness, greater sweetness, and generally little to no bitterness. Originating in Japan in the 1600s, this brew method immerses coffee grounds in room temperature or cold water for an extended period of time, creating a concentrated batch to be diluted to preference. Our Session Cold Brew™ blends flavors from South America and Indonesia, creating notes of sweet citrus, berry, and pleasant chocolate taffy finish that is now available for brewing at home!
Combine 12oz (one full bag) of Session Cold Brew™ coarsely ground with seven cups (1.65L) of room temperature or cold water. Steep for 12-24 hours and then strain. Mix equal parts water, serve over ice, and enjoy!
