Guatemala Mountain of Flowers
Every year we cup well over 100 samples to select the micro-lots that will comprise the new-crop Guatemala Hunapú, and once again we've taken the highest-scoring coffees and combined them to create the Mountain of Flowers seasonal offering. Grown in small communities near the towns of San Miguel Dueñas and Ciudad Vieja, this coffee is harvested from 100 percent Bourbon cultivar trees at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 meters above sea level. This year’s Mountain of Flowers features flavors of dark chocolate, lemon-lime, golden raisin, and green apple with elegant acidity and a heavy body. Enjoy!
