Green tea leaves from Xuan En Yisheng Cooperative mingle with midsummer harvest jasmine blossoms in a scenting process that dates back more than 800 years. Sweet floral aromas soothe the senses along with gentle notes of verdant honeydew and fresh meyer lemon.
Preparation
Bring freshly drawn filtered water to 180 degrees. Steep 3 minutes. Stop and smell the jasmine.
