These wheel-thrown stoneware mugs are perfect for your morning coffee or tea. Each cup is made by hand, with an incredible amount of care and precision.
No stamps, stencils, decals or molds are used. High gloss glaze finish. Stamped with a 25th Anniversary mark and signed by Jean. Approximately 5 inches high, holds around 12 oz. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
Jean Wells, a professional potter for over 25 years, creates contemporary stoneware pottery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Known for her graphic designs, Jean’s uses an age-old technique called “sgraffito” in which her stylized designs are individually hand drawn and carved through colored clay on every piece.
