Guatemala Mountain of Flowers
One of Colectivo's most popular seasonal offerings, Guatemala Mountain of Flowers is produced by small-scale farmers near the town of San Miguel Dueñas in the world-renowned Antigua region. They harvest ripe cherries from 100% Bourbon cultivar trees and have them processed at the famous Finca Bella Vista mill, which has been a Colectivo partner for over a decade. Every year we cup multiple micro-lots and look for ones with an elegant yet complex profile marked by a rich aroma, sweetness, and Antigua’s characteristic sparking acidity.
The micro-lots we select are blended together, and this year’s edition features notes of sweet citrus, dark chocolate, plum, and cherry.
