El Salvador Finca La Providencia Natural
Spanning five generations dating back to 1905, the Pacas Family has been so influential in El Salvador’s coffee industry that they even have a varietal named after them. They purchased Finca La Providencia in 2009 and quickly replanted certain parts of the farm, which consists of almost 130 acres of coffee trees plus 35 acres of natural forests.
Nestled in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range near the Volcán de Santa Ana, La Providencia is one of 19 farms owned by the Pacases, who also operate a roastery, exporting company, training centers, and cafes. They’re well-known around the world for their dedication to quality as well as their commitment to social & economic change, and we’re thrilled to offer this elegant, natural-processed coffee with a variety of fruit, caramel, and chocolate notes complemented by a floral aroma and creamy body. Enjoy!
This very limited edition coffee is available in whole bean 12oz bags only.
