Costa Rica Las Nubes - Natural Process (12oz)

 The cherries in this micro-lot were harvested this past February and dried for 22 days on raised beds prior to being milled.

The cup profile strongly resembles the Las Lajas Black Honey that we have carried multiple times in the past, with pronounced notes of cherry, passion fruit, dark chocolate, and red wine and a syrupy body.
