This year’s offering is one of the best coffees we have ever received from Miriam. The cornerstone of its profile hints at a classic Brazilian profile: heavy body, chocolate brownie, brown sugar, sweet tobacco—but ultimately it’s flavors are so unique. Baking spices (like cardamom, ginger, nutmeg), the dry but piqued acidity of blood orange and fresh vanilla bean.
